• When PHEAA, one of the nation's largest providers of financial aid was exploring a divestiture of a segment of its business, it turned to our team members for strategic advice. We prepared an in-depth analysis of the economic, political and social implications of different courses of action, which assisted PHEAA in determining that the transaction was not in its best interest
  
  
• When The Dickinson School of Law faced increasing capital needs and competitive pressures, Griffin team members helped it build consensus and negotiate a transaction with The Pennsylvania State University, which resulted in an increase in its endowment and capital funds and permitted it a degree of autonomy
