Griffin Represents Manufacturer of Reinforced Hose Machines in Sale to Private Equity Investors

Griffin represented Magnatech in its sale to Hamilton Robinson, LLC (HRCo), other private equity co-investors and management. Magnatech, located in Robesonia, PA, is the leading global manufacturer of superior braiding, wire spiraling and bobbin winding systems and related parts used in the manufacture of high and medium pressure reinforced hose. Customers include both large and small domestic and international reinforced hose manufacturers. The transaction, which included the sale of related real estate and overseas distribution entities, enabled Magnatech’s former shareholder to maximize liquidity for estate-planning purposes. HRCo, based in Stamford, CT, manages a $75 million private equity fund focused on middle-market growth companies.
