Alan Grover has a wide range of financial accounting experience and expertise in the financial services, specialty lending and private equity sectors.

A former Senior Manager for Ernst & Young, Alan was responsible for leading audit engagement teams and maintaining client relationships with financial institutions throughout the Mid-Atlantic area.

Alan has in-depth knowledge of technical accounting pronouncements including SFAS 157, FIN 46R, SFAS 167 and SFAS 109. He also has significant experience in public company reporting, including routine filings, IPO registrations, private placements, 33 Act offerings, acquisitions and reverse mergers.

Alan is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. in Accounting from West Chester University. He holds a Series 79 license.
