Mitchell Smith has over 30 years of experience working with technology and life science manufacturing and service businesses of all kinds in all stages of the industry lifecycle, from early growth through sector convergence.

His extensive background in corporate development, finance and operations stem from significant career experience in this sector. Among his many engagements, he founded, financed and directed an early entry technology company and negotiated several asset acquisitions prior to structuring its sale to a publically owned company after more than 10 years of operation.

Mr. Smith also has corporate finance experience in the middle market sector and has participated in international project business development throughout the Far East, Middle East, Asia and Europe with contract values up to $300 million.

Mr. Smith has been a senior executive for a number of technology companies and has expertise in the areas of ecommerce, software, financial technology, digital media, SaaS and Internet security. As a business development consultant, he has collaborated with hundreds of companies ranging from early stage private companies to international public companies, providing technical consulting, software and turnkey implementations.

Mr. Smith received an MBA in Finance and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University. He holds a Series 79 license from FINRA.
