David Budd provides investment banking services to commercial banks and thrifts and other financial services companies. He is a founder of McConnell, Budd & Romano, Inc., a well-established middle market investment banking firm serving the financial services industry. Prior to founding MB&R, he was Co-Director of the Merger and Acquisition Group at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, Inc.

David received a B.A. from Hobart College, an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and studied at the Queen’s University of Belfast, Northern Ireland.
