Ms. de Góes is a corporate finance specialist, focusing primarily on business operations and transactions in and with Brazilian-based companies and investors, particularly in the mining and metals sector.

Ms. de Góes is a former Senior Institutional Affairs and Environmental Analyst for VALE, the world’s second largest mining company headquartered in Brazil and operating in more than 30 countries. While with VALE, she focused on mergers and acquisitions and strategic planning, among other areas. She also worked in finance at a leading Brazilian bank.

A native of Brazil, Ms. De Góes speaks Portuguese and English fluently and is proficient in French.

She received an M.Sc. in Business Administration with a concentration in finance/environmental finance from The COPPEAD Graduate School of Business of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and a B.Sc. in Economics from Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro. She holds a Series 79 and Series 63 license from FINRA.
