Dave Payne provides investment banking services primarily to insurance companies, banks and thrifts with particular emphasis on mutual companies and small and mid-sized banks.

For more than 11 years, Dave has been involved in myriad aspects of the investment banking industry, facilitating financial transactions and providing consulting services in areas such as capital structure design, business planning, capital funding and mergers and acquisitions.
Working with insurance companies, Dave facilitates mutual to stock conversions, the placement of surplus notes and mergers and acquisitions.

He previously worked at Merrill Lynch. He also was an intelligence officer in the U.S. Navy, retiring as a Lieutenant Commander after 24 years of service.

Dave holds a B.A. in Business Management from the University of LaVerne, an M.S. in Counseling from the University of Scranton and a J.D. from the Temple University School of Law.
