Jeff Harenza advises financial institutions in connection with
mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions. He is also
responsible for research, analysis, forecasts and valuations of
financial institutions.
Jeff possesses a strong background in corporate development and
corporate finance and has assisted financial institutions complete
more than 30 merger and financing transactions, including assisting
a large financial institution with its five most recent acquisitions
of banks and thrifts, as well as its most recent ten financing
transactions.
Jeff completed the J.D./MBA program at The Dickinson School of
Law, Lehigh University and St. Joseph’s University in 2002
and received a B.A. from Colgate University/Lafayette College in
1997. He holds Series 7 and 63 licenses from FINRA (formerly NASD).
