John McCausland provides investment banking services to financial institutions and middle market companies. With more than 15 years of investment banking and corporate finance experience, John delivers strong quantitative and analytical support of mergers and acquisitions, equity capital and debt financings and strategic planning initiatives. Prior to joining Griffin, John was Manager of Cost Accounting for the Graco Children’s Products division of Newell Rubbermaid, where he was responsible for budgeting and strategic planning, financial reporting and the financial analysis of product sourcing and facility consolidation/rationalization decisions. He also served as a Profitability Analyst for Meridian Bancorp. John earned a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of Business of the University of Pennsylvania.
