Jinjin Gu works with China-based companies who desire to raise capital in the U.S. or who seek acquisitions of companies in the U.S. Jinjin also assists in identifying business opportunities in China for U.S. companies. Jinjin is fluent in English and Mandarin and was an English instructor and lecturer at the New Oriental Education & Technology Group (a NYSE-listed company operating foreign language training schools in China). Jinjin received a B.A. in Economics from Shanghai University, a B.A. in Management from the University of Technology in Sydney, Australia, and an M.S. in Finance from Temple University Fox School of Business. His unique skill sets permit him to bridge language, financial, financial accounting and cultural barriers to transaction completion, making him a very valuable member of our multilingual, multicultural and multidisciplinary team. Jinjin holds Series 79 and 63 licenses from FINRA.
