Joanne Judge brings 30 years of health care and financial expertise to Griffin. She provides investment banking services to health care entities, including health care systems, long-term care organizations and physician practices on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, affiliations and reorganizations.

Joanne has served as principal advisor in a number of high profile transactions in the health care and higher education sectors. She is a CPA and served as the President and CEO of the Community Hospital of Lancaster for seven years and previously as its Chief Financial Officer.

Joanne received a B.S. from St. Joseph's University and a J.D. from Villanova University School of Law. She is a Fellow in the Healthcare Financial Management Association and was honored with its national lifetime achievement award in 1999. She was also named one of Pennsylvania's Best 50 Women in Business in 2000 for her significant contributions made to job growth in the state of Pennsylvania.

Joanne is the Immediate Past Chairman of the Reading YMCA and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Alvernia College, the Lancaster Chamber Foundation and the Berks Workforce Investment Board.
