Mitch Fenimore provides placement agent and investment banking services to private equity and hedge fund clients as well as commercial, industrial and financial institutions. In addition to capital placement services, his experience includes strategic planning, merger and acquisition advisory and general corporate development.

Prior to joining Griffin, Mitch was a partner in an international capital advisory firm where he managed capital-raising efforts for U.S. private equity funds. In this capacity, he also provided merger and acquisition advisory services to numerous companies and assisted them in locating funding sources, determining ideal capital structures and negotiating transactions. Mitch began his career as an associate consultant with Coopers & Lybrand and held management positions in corporate development and strategy with The Franklin Mint.

Mitch received an MBA from The Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania, and a B.A. in Economics from Amherst College. He holds Series 79 and 7 licenses from FINRA.
