Mike Sobota brings a wealth of technical knowledge and financial accounting experience and expertise to Griffin, with an emphasis on the financial institutions and retail sectors.

Prior to joining Griffin, Mike was an Audit Manager for Deloitte & Touche LLP, where he practiced for six years and led numerous client engagements for Fortune 150 and other clients. In this capacity, he was intimately involved in the accounting aspects of mergers and acquisitions and private and public placements of debt and equity.

Mike is a Certified Public Accountant. He received a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from DeSales University and is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
