Mike Sobota brings a wealth of corporate finance and financial accounting experience and expertise to Griffin. He provides investment banking services to middle market commercial, industrial and services companies. His experience includes merger and acquisition advisory, capital raise and strategic planning services. He also advises clients on technical and financial accounting matters.

Prior to joining Griffin, Mike was an Audit Manager for Deloitte & Touche LLP where he practiced for six years and led numerous client engagements for Fortune 150 and other clients within the commercial, industrial and services sectors. In this capacity, he was intimately involved in the accounting aspects of mergers and acquisitions and private and public placements of debt and equity.

Mike is a Certified Public Accountant. He received a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from DeSales University and is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
