Rick Pinto has over 30 years of experience working with life science, IT, software, energy, communications, media and other technology-based businesses and the investors who finance them. He has negotiated and managed numerous large equity and debt financings, license and technology transfer deals, joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions for emerging and established companies.

A recognized mentor and facilitator of entrepreneurship, Mr. Pinto also leverages firm resources and relationships to run Griffin Technology Partners, a pledge fund focused on providing early stage innovation capital investments and related management consulting for emerging technologies (primarily in health care and life sciences) in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Mr. Pinto holds a J.D. from University of Virginia School of Law and a B.A., cum laude, from Yale University.
