Patrick Wood provides investment banking services to commercial and industrial clients as well as financial institutions. His experience includes merger and acquisition advisory services and strategic and capital planning.

Prior to Griffin, Patrick held several positions for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, both in the Audit and Transaction Services groups. He assisted in over 50 audits, one initial public offering and two proposed initial public offerings and presented transaction services engagements nationwide for companies with sales as high as $5 billion.

Patrick was also a Senior Asset Controller for The Walt Disney Company-Disneyland, where he managed a team that developed a system and business processes to track, assess and plan a $3 billion fixed asset portfolio. He previously served as a Senior Project Controller and a Senior Financial Analyst.

Patrick is a Certified Public Accountant and earned an MBA from The Pennsylvania State University and a B.A. in Business Administration from Franklin & Marshall College.
