Steve Ritner works with investment banking clients and their principals in emerging, growth and mature companies in a variety of industry sectors, including information technology, other technology and software-related enterprises, businesses that provide clinical trial and other services and technology to pharmaceutical companies, as well as trucking, warehousing, telecommunications, distribution and manufacturing enterprises. Steve has over 25 years of experience as a corporate lawyer representing companies in mergers, acquisitions and the sale of business enterprises and in raising expansion and growth capital. He has extensive experience advising companies in capital raise and capital formation, including transactions involving private equity, venture capital and mezzanine and senior debt. Representing both family-owned and private equity backed businesses, Steve can provide clients with an important understanding of the capital raising and sale process. Steve received a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Delaware and a J.D. with honors from the National Law Center at George Washington University.
