Bill Frack is Chairman Emeritus of Griffin Holdings Group LLC* and a consultant to Griffin Financial. In this capacity, he brings significant experience to bear in consulting with our professional staff in mergers and acquisitions, particularly in the financial institutions and industrial industry segments.
Bill has over 35 years of successful experience in the investment banking industry, covering a broad spectrum of business and performance related decision-making. During his career, he built three investment banking/corporate finance businesses from small, start-up firms to lead regional operations in highly competitive markets. These firms include the former Berwind Financial Group, where he served as President, tripling the size of the firm over a five-year period; CoreStates Investment Banking, where as President, he was responsible for significant growth of that business; and Blunt Ellis & Loewi Capital, where he also served as President and was responsible for all investment banking and corporate finance activities of the firm. Bill was also a Vice President of Jim Walter Corporation, where he headed its acquisition and divestiture program. In this capacity, he had operational responsibility for three building material manufacturing businesses, two of which were successful turnaround situations.
Bill received a B.A. from Amherst College and an LL.B. from the University of Pennsylvania.
